John Foti | OC1 Surfrun

John Foti paddles the Kaolele by Paddle Sports International on a standard surf run from Lainkai, Oahu to Castle Point, Oahu.

This if a video of John Foti paddling a Kaolele OC1 canoe (with rudder) on the best run that closest simulates the ocean conditions in the Kaiwi channel.  I will be doing a lot of this run as the days progress to train for my race.  I will also be asking John for any advice and help to learn as much as possible from him.  I am so grateful to have such an elite paddler as a close friend!  What a gift!!!!
