Society has instilled in our brains that the human body just goes to mush at the age of 40 and there is NO HOPE. I suppose if we believe this and adopt it as our own motto, do nothing physical and eat whatever we want because — we feel like it —-> then I am sure — these actions are actually to blame for getting pudgy more than just gravity and age. There are several hot mamas in the BODYROCKERS section to prove I am correct. This is my favorite part of the bodyrock.tv website. The over 40 hotties are very inspiring. Real photos of real women and their stories of triumph is the best encouragement for seeing and knowing what is possible. It is great to see that with consistent commitment you can get great results.
